She also has a very good sense of humor and she’s kind of practical. All her life, she has done things the best way possible and I guess that’s how she has become the woman that she is.
When she first came to me, she had been through many different managers and directors, so it was a good thing that we had spent some time working on her personality profile. She did not really feel like she knew that much about herself, and she really needed to find out what she was good at and what she wasn’t good at.
I helped her find out that she did not have to be the best at everything she did, but she had to be a good leader. She had to lead by example and be able to teach without having to be an expert. She also had to know her own strengths and weaknesses. She didn’t have to be the best at everything, but she did have to be good at what she did and that’s what I taught her.
