So, why is it that I'm so convinced that this is the same character? Because one of the first things that made me notice her was her eyes. They're both deep brown, and are framed by a long, thick bang of hair. Also, she's wearing a yellow top and black jeans, which is a style that she wears often.

This is the same person.
They both have an obsession with the rain, and they both have an obsession with the color yellow. I don't even know if there's anything more to it than that.
If this theory is correct, then I can't think of any other reason as to why they make such similar faces.
