Super Saturn personality type is ENFJ, just like I am. What I love the most about this is that I think that personality types are already natural. Even when we’re young, we already have our likes and dislikes, and our personalities are already formed.
But I’m even more convinced of this after reading The 16 Personality Types: Understanding Yourself and Others, by C.G. Jung, who wrote that all human beings have 16 natural personality types. Mine is the one I just described – an ENFJ.
The truth is that we’re already born with a personality type and with our strengths and weaknesses, so it shouldn’t be a surprise if we find ourselves in a job that doesn’t match our natural gift or that we’re more suited for something else.
Why Do ENFPs Struggle in Management?
ENTP are just as natural managers as ENFPs are, but they tend to struggle in management because they’re just not as extraverted as ENFPs are. They’re much more introverted and have a more focused task at hand. But once they get on top of things, they also tend to be efficient managers.
