Charlie Collins personality type is INFP, I knew it was the type that I had in me.
The first time I came across the name of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) was in a book I read in my early teens. This book was called “Personality Types: An Owner’s Manual”, by Carl R. Rogers, Ph.D.
I had never heard of “types” before. It seemed that everyone in my life was a type that I could relate to, but I didn’t know what those types were.
I found the MBTI interesting, but at the time, it didn’t make sense to me. Why would you want to know what type you are? What would it matter?
I did take the test, as it helped me to understand myself a little better, but I didn’t understand the purpose of knowing your type.
Until I really understood the purpose of knowing your type, I didn’t see how useful it could be.
My personality type is INFP
After reading this book, I realized that this is the type that I had been looking for all of my life.
