Archetype: Earth personality type is INFJ, a rare personality type in the world. This is a true test for me to work with these people.
I set up the session. The INFJ who comes to my office is an introvert but also a natural leader. In the past, I had worked with INFJs very often and that was my experience, as a person with INTJ, INFJ, and ENFJ personality types, I had seen and experienced many of these personalities around me.
How does it feel to be a rare personality type? For example, INFJ personality type represents the feeling of being so different from the others.
I have often witnessed how much effort and how much tension it takes to interact with someone whose inner world is different from the others.
How did you manage to open your mind to this person? This is indeed a test that could bring a lot of tension in the process, but I believe that this has never been a problem for me to handle this.
I do not believe in the concept of information that is not available to all. To get INFJ, it takes time and effort. So, I like to talk about my experiences and also about my inner world to them.
