Ayume personality type is INTJ, I’m an INTP.
for about 3 weeks I could not sleep well, I would have dreams that I was being chased by people or that I was being chased by a hobo, It was crazy, I could not even concentrate for long spurts of time, I was just restless. I also experienced a lot of anxiety, especially for about 2 weeks.
When it first happened I was not sure what was happening, I tried to put it off as stress or something but I discovered that it happened when I would be laying down watching tv. Then I remembered my teachers telling me that the brain is the most active at night, poor sleep can cause depression.
I felt that it was probably stress because I was actually stressed out. Stress is supposed to be good for you but since poor sleep can cause depression it can also be bad for you.
I thought that my body was getting used to the new environment and that I’d be able to sleep well soon. But after about 3 weeks of not sleeping well I realized that it wouldn’t go away so I got myself tested.
I ended up getting an f.
