And that's why the senior personnel are the ones that are always killed in the end, because that's where their emotional investment is.
So I think that's something that's different about Lwaxana's personality type. She's got a lot of emotional investment in her crew, but she also has a lot of emotional investmient in situations that aren't really her crew.
