I am curious however, why you say that you are able to "confront your insecurities and fears" when it comes to the relationships you have with others. I do not think that you can confront your own fears and insecurities, because they are too ingrained. I believe that we need to confront the fears, insecurities and beliefs that we have about ourselves in order to overcome them.
I think you have good intentions, but I am not sure if your intentions are to be a better person. I think your intentions are to be a better INTP/INFP and thus, the better person that you want to be is the one who is more like an ENTP.
