Fisher Hai-Luk personality type is ESFJ, which also doesn't help them get into the job market. I don't know about other parts of the world, but here in Japan, JGs have a very hard time finding a job after they retire.

The reason is simple: JG's are more likely to retire to begin with. And the higher up you go in rank, the higher your chances of retiring are. So if you are a new JG, this is not your best option.
I believe it is because of this reason that I hear people say that it is not good to be in the army at all. But I believe that this perception is not correct.
Another thing I heard a lot of was that being an army personnel is more stressful that being a police or fireman.
I don't know which one is more stressful, but I have no doubt that being a police or fireman will be more stressful than being in the army. The reason is because police and firemen have to be on their toes constantly to prevent big accidents and fires, and this can be stifling for some people.
