Ticker personality type is ISTJ, so I always have this kind of “I can’t do that” attitude when it comes to trying new things. So I wanted to start with something small, but still challenging.
I decided to start with a craft I saw at the local library: making a clock.
I’m not sure what my thought process was when I picked up my book, but I was off to a good start.
My first step was to purchase the materials from the bookstore at the library, and I came home with the clock kit. (You can also find kits online.)
The instructions were easy to follow and it was pretty straightforward, so I started making it.
I got the hands on the clock and started working on the dial.
I don’t have any pictures of this step because as soon as I finished it, I went to put it on the clock, but realized that trying to find a clock with hands that matched my color scheme was ridiculous since all of my clocks are white and blue.
So I took it off and started over.
