Rasknitt personality type is ENTP, and I don’t mind at all that I’m squarely in the “tough to pin down” subtype of ENTP. No, really, I don’t. Today’s post is about ENTP’s and how to be one.
First, though, let’s define some terms. ENTP, as defined by MBTI, is an extraverted, intuitive, thinking type. Extraverted, because we are more focused on the outer world and our environment than we are on ourselves (for example, I would be very annoyed if you kept me from seeing a butterfly). Intuitive, because we are more likely to jump, rather than think, when faced with a problem (for example, I’d have no trouble figuring out how to solve a math problem). Thinking is the most accurate description of how we work, as we tend to use our minds as tools to help us do things.
The title of this post comes from a warning that I received a long time ago from a student about me. “Ms. Rasknitt does not tolerate anything that doesn’t fit into her own rules and conceptions.
