myname.nw (angea) personality type is ENFP, it was very easy for me to pick up all the little nuances that he/she wrote into the story. (I'm ENFP as well, but it's been so long since I've written anything that I've forgotten all the little details that are associated with being a certain type, so I can't speak for other types.)

The personality of a character you've written is often different from your own, but not as different as it would be for another type. I think a lot of it has to do with the way we're taught character and plot development, and how we can apply that to our own personalities. That same framework can apply to all types, though.
