Arpegius personality type is ISTP, and a majority of the time, there is a significant difference between the two. An ISTP’s core values are independence and self-reliance. They will be extremely confident in their own abilities and they will have a tendency to be slightly cocky. They are original thinkers and will be focused on personal growth. They are not only dependable and driven but also very creative and imaginative. They are strong, but they do not feel the need to be aggressive or authoritarian in order to fulfill their needs. ISTPs are usually very spontaneous, independent and they will often create their own unique solutions to problems or challenges. They can be very adventurous and don’t like to follow rules. They will often feel uncomfortable with people who are very controlling and will feel like their own uniqueness is being suppressed. ISTPs are very loyal to those close to them. They are not a good choice for jobs that require them to work in a team setting. ISTPs find that they will have the most success when they can be the one calling the shots.
