It is the rarest of all personality types and I would never have guessed that she is an INFJ since she doesn’t really show any of the characteristics that I would associate with the INFJ. In fact, I would argue that she is more of a T.
Of course, that doesn’t mean that INFJs don’t exist. They do, I have met many of them and I know many more. They are just not as common as introverts or extroverts.
If you listen to her you’ll hear that she is just like us, but she doesn’t sound like us at all. She is so different from us, so why would she be an INFJ?
The answer lies in INFJ’s most distinguishing characteristic – their need for deep relationships. Her need for deep relationships means that she will not be interested in superficial relationships and will not be able to function well in a work environment that is only about superficial relationships.
