Peckidna appears in "Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga". She is the Princess of the Tiny Woods, a small forest that is home to a number of small, cute creatures (including a talking monkey). In an attempt to find them a new home, Peako attempts to move them to the Mushroom Kingdom. When Peako's "suggestions" prove unsuccessful, she decides to use a machine known as the "Mysterious Machine" to transport her and her subjects to the Mushroom Kingdom. However, as soon as the machine gets activated, Mario and Luigi arrive and try to stop Peako from using it.
Peako looks similar to a normal Koopa Troopa, but has two-tone red skin and a yellow, puffy "belly", as well as pink eyes, a bow, and a more dainty "snout". She wears a turquoise golden hat with a blue feather in it.
