Alicia personality type is ISFJ, which is the same as my Myers-Briggs personality type. I also do have a weakness for people who are in some sort of crisis, because I know how to help them, which is something I learned from my mom.
What's the best part of your job?
What I love most about my job is helping people who are in crisis, and I also really enjoy being able to find the silver lining in situations that are very dark. I love being able to help people find a positive way to move forward from their situation or from a difficult event.
What's the worst part of your job?
I'm pretty sure that we're not supposed to pick our clients, but sometimes I have to call home and tell my mom that we lost a person who was coming in for help. It's hard to do that, because you have to let them go. But it's always a sad conversation.
What are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of my mom. She's my role model, and I'm very proud of her because she's such a strong woman.
