Non-Malicious Monster personality type is ESFP, or Esteem Sensitive, which is how I was classified. My primary weakness is being too nice and too trusting. It’s a blessing and a curse to be that type, because you are more likely to be taken advantage of. But if I had it to do over again, I’d be exactly the same. I think it’s just the way I was made.
We lived in a small town in the middle of nowhere. I had no friends and my parents barely spoke to each other. I didn’t really know what was going on, but my dad had been very busy with his job as a commercial fisherman. He often took off for weeks at a time and would have me in the car with him, even though I was only five years old. Sometimes he’d leave me somewhere and say he’d be back in a few days. It was hard for me to understand why he did these things, but then he started going to his office in town for long periods of time.
