The ISTJ is the Men in Black's ultimate creation. While once a wild and reckless soldier, he has become a disciplined ISTJ agent. However, as an ISTJ, he is still a bit of a "round peg" (or "square peg" as they say in the military). He is a very serious and determined person, but hides it behind the cool façade of a man who always stays calm and collected. He has almost always been able to follow orders and assignments implicitly, but this is sometimes hindered by his lack of understanding of just what he is expected to do. He does look for any possible flaws in his assignments and will try his hardest to see why people got the mission that he was assigned. In the end, his service to the Men in Black has been always for the sake of serving his country, and protecting his friends and loved ones from the Men in Black.
