The Oracle personality type is INFJ, and this is what I've been calling Ni-Intuition-Fe. I call INTJs the "conscience" of the Myers Briggs world, since they are the most likely to put their feelings and ideas about things into words and form a consensus about why things are the way they are.
Now, I'm not saying that INFJs are always right about these things. Like everyone, INFJs are often wrong about things. But it's very rare for them to be completely off base about something like this. And when they're right, they know it. I've seen instances where INFJs have expressed very strong opinions about the events around them and their place within it, and I've seen them go on to be right about said events and the role they played in bringing those events to pass.
So, with that in mind, here's an overview of how INFJs make decisions:
INFJs make decisions through their Ni.
Ni is an intuitive function that INFJs use to make decisions based on present-moment information. It's a very powerful function that INFJs tend to use to arrive at conclusions based on very little data.
