Acrofatic personality type is ENTP, the Explorer. They are the ones that make things happen, the leaders and innovators. They are the ones that are always looking for new ways to improve things.
But they often don’t realize that they are doing so because they lack a real understanding of the ‘why’ behind the action. ENTPs want to be seen as leaders and innovators, but they are often products of their environment and background.
In other words, they don’t know why they want to do what they do, or even why they think the way they do. This can be a problem if they are trying to inspire others to follow their example. The ENTP doesn’t always know why they are doing the things that they do.
This can make them seem like being a leader is a lot of work, and that is true for most ENTPs. Work for them is about understanding how to accomplish their goals, not about being an all-knowing leader that is planning out plans for everyone else to follow.
They have a hard time seeing things from other people’s perspectives.
