The Chessmaster personality type is INTJ, which means it is the rarest of the 16 personality types. And that’s saying something.
I’m going to list who they are and what they do, but first let me tell you a little bit about myself. I’m an INTJ, and I have a lot of experience with the INTJ type. I have worked with them for 10+ years, so I know a thing or two about INTJs.
Anyway, here we go:
INTJs are often described as quiet, intense, and perfectionist. They aren’t the most social people and can come across as rude.
They are also master strategists, which is one of their best qualities. They are so focused on the task at hand that they can get extremely efficient at it, and can only be interrupted when absolutely necessary. But interruptions are highly frowned upon by INTJs.
