The Mole personality type is INTJ, and I'd define it as "the person who can be relied on to accomplish what needs to be done." They're the people who are good at doing things by themselves, and they have an inner drive to do so. They often have the drive to do things well, in an objective way, which means they can't be swayed or easily persuaded to do things that aren't clear-cut or in the best interest of people and/or the world. They don't have to have a lot of people around them, but they have a tendency to have a lot of people around them. They don't really have time to mess around with other people unless they're genuinely interested in what they have to say. They're often good listeners, as they have no problem giving others a chance to talk. They tend to be efficient, and that efficiency is often expressed with a strong work ethic, which is why they're so good at screwing things up.
The INTJ is often the person who has a plan for what needs to happen, and will work tirelessly toward accomplishing their goals until the goal is accomplished. They're not very good at following instructions or being told what to do by others, especially if it's not clear.
