Mook personality type is ISTJ, as is Anna, who also has some more of a quiet side to her personality. It's possible that they're both just very intelligent, especially considering that ISTJ is one of the most intelligent types (along with INFJ, which is the least likely).
Because this is the first season with a female protagonist and it's the only season where we haven't seen any of the girls' other personalities, we won't be seeing the full range of personalities that Anna and Mook have. Because of this, we can't really judge Anna and Mook to know exactly how different they will be.
However, when you compare them to the other girl characters in the first season, you can see that they are very different from them. For example, Mook's most prominent character trait is that she's a perfectionist. Anna is also a perfectionist, but she's more focused on being a good leader and less so on being a perfectionist. The other girls also have different traits, but I don't feel like they are as prominent as Mook's and Anna's.
