This is not to say that the ENFJ will be dishonest, or choose to sacrifice their own needs if it does not benefit others. The ENFJ is motivated by a deep desire to provide for their own needs, as well as the needs of those around them.
ENFJs love to give and serve, and they enjoy working with people who can fulfill the same needs. However, these people also need a healthy dose of respect and appreciation. Without this, we can become overwhelmed and drained by the constant demands and expectations of others. We become distracted by our need to please others, and lose sight of what truly matters to us.
ENFJs need to be balanced with the ability to be alone and work on themselves in peace. This is the nature of their personality type, and they are constantly searching for that balance between themselves and others.
