Saejima personality type is ENFJ, and they can be thought of as the "boss" of the 3 types. The ENFJs are the ones who are naturally the best leaders, and they are very passionate people. They are "engineers of the soul," but they can be very hard to get along with because of their hard-headedness and sometimes abrasiveness. ENFJs are usually very popular, but there are exceptions to this, such as Shiki, who is actually not liked by many of his classmates. Personality wise, he is actually one of the most mellow characters in the series, and he is more often than not very easy going and laid back. He is also not one to stand up for himself, often being seen as being "weak" or "sissy" by others. In fact, he has a very big inferiority complex about himself, because he feels that he is too weak for the other students, and has difficulty getting angry or sad about anything. He does have a strong sense of duty though, and will do whatever it takes to help out his friends. This includes fighting, but he doesn't like to fight in general.
