I’ll have more to say about ENTPs later, but for now let’s get back to this discussion about the differences between the Intuitive and Thinking types.
What I’ve discovered, through listening to my own students, is that the difference between the Intuitive and Thinking types is about more than just personality and preferences.
I’ve had ENTPs and INTJs tell me that they feel like aliens with an alien influence on their lives.
They feel like they’re caught in a web of their own making, and they’re struggling to be free of it.
They feel like they’ve been thrown into a world they didn’t make.
And they feel like they don’t know how to navigate the universe they were thrown into.
At first glance this doesn’t seem like a very positive thing to say about anyone. You might even think it sounds a bit negative, like these people are complaining about their life, or that they’re being negative when they say these things.
