Eric Love personality type is ESTP, and I personally can relate to him. When he is in his zone he can get things done. He has a good eye for action and is not afraid to stand up for what he believes in.
The only thing that I do not like about him, is when he acts like a girl. He acts very feminine, is often a little overconfident, and is sometimes critical of himself.
He is pretty good at reading people and can tell a lot about someone just by talking to them.
His zone is the place where he is most comfortable, and that is when he is most confident. So for him to do something new, it takes time for him to get used to it.
He does not like anything too new because it makes him feel uncomfortable. He likes to just know what the rules are before he starts doing something new.
I think that he will work hard at what he loves. He is willing to work hard at whatever it is that he wants to do, but he will not be able to do it if he is not in his zone.
