O.R.C.A. personality type is ISTJ, and to an extent ISFJ, who are typically more "reserved" types. We can see this in the ISTJ's preference for routine and their willingness to follow a plan, as well as their tendency toward maintaining a work-life balance. But the ISTJ often has a unique perspective on things, especially when it comes to people who don't fit into the system. They believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and value their individuality but still appreciate the social structure of which they are a part.
ISFJ's tend to be insightful and understand others' feelings, but they also tend to be self-sacrificing and easily feel guilty about not getting things done. I could see this, and their desire to please others, as being a major factor in why they were so willing to serve the people of O.R.C.A. I have a feeling that a lot of those people were trying to do their best for them in their own way.
We also learn that the ISTJ's tenacity in the face of such a small group of people was an important part of this episode.
