The INTJ has a tendency to overthink things, to overanalyze situations. They take their time with everything, and this can sometimes cause them to be paralyzed by indecision.
ENTPs and ENFPs are both great at coming up with good ideas. INTJs are great at making things happen in the real world, which also requires making decisions. This can lead to problems, because they are so good at making decisions they are often forced to make bad decisions.
