K personality type is ESTP, and it's the type that I think is most likely to have this issue. ESTPs are driven by their emotions, but when any emotion becomes overwhelming, they get panicky. The ESTP is the one who gets out of breath in the middle of a social interaction, who forces themselves to keep going to the point that they get sick.
ESTPs are the ones who get into bar fights and yell at people in stores. They're the fast-food junkies who drink so much they pass out in front of their cars. The ESTP is the one who makes everyone feel like they're going to fall over. But ESTPs know how much they can take, and when they do start to get overwhelmed, they know how to stop. They may get angry, they may call names, they may say things they normally wouldn't say and then regret them later, but they'll stop when they know they're going too far.
ESTPs have their own way of dealing with stress that's unique from other types. When an ESTP gets overwhelmed by an Emotion, it's kind of like a panic attack for them.
