Ayeka Yakumi personality type is INTJ, which I do not think is an accurate personality type. A better type is probably ISFJ, which is the closest to INTJ.
I'll leave it at that. As for the personality part of the question, I agree that the "eccentric/introverted" explanation fits Aeka well, but I don't think it's accurate. It's also pretty broad, and I think a better description would be something like "independent, confident, capable, possibly a bit arrogant."
Finally, I would like to add that because the character is a child, and because she talks like a child (more on that later) I would consider Aeka's personality to be more child-like than childish. Therefore, I would not classify her as an extrovert.

Dark Phoenix I have to agree with you about Aeka's personality. And I don't think the eccentric/introverted thing is actually accurate either.
