Complyboard personality type is INFP, which is why I tend to be so emotional and emotional, and also why I am drawn to long-term relationships. I’m not a big fan of the cold and calculating part of myself, which is why I don’t do well in the Friends-type relationship at work. It’s easier for me to be with people who are my friends than it is for me to be in a role where I have to work with them.
I generally don’t like people who are a type I’m not, so I can only imagine how it is to be ESTJ. It would be like watching someone try to take a bite out of my sandwich! I’d rather slap them and then punch them in the face.
No one wants an ESTJ boss. They would always get too caught up in doing things the way they think they should be done, and they’re not very good at seeing their own faults.
I didn’t know what it meant to be an ENFP back when I first started working, but I do now.
