INFJs are often seen as shy and quiet, but there’s something about me that has people baffled. I’ve always had the reputation of being weird, but the whole INFJ thing is definitely weird on its own.
When I was younger, I would often behave in a way that would make my parents angry. At school, I would often isolate myself from my friends, and in the classroom I would sit in my desk quietly doing my work. The last thing I ever wanted to do was talk to people. I don’t know what it was about me that made people dislike me so much, but I would try my best to avoid interacting with people.
Eventually I started to feel like something was wrong with me. I wasn’t content with my life and I wanted everything to change. So while everyone was busy preparing for their high school entrance exams, I went to a hospital to be diagnosed with “general anxiety disorder”.
