Rocha personality type is ISTJ, while the other two were INFP’s.
It’s pretty much a given that Rocha is an ISTJ, and the others are INFP’s, but I find it interesting that the ISTJ is the one who gets most stressed on his/her decisions, while the INFP takes more time to make the decision. In my experience, the ISTJ makes the best decision in the end, while the INFP takes more time.
So it would seem that Rocha is right when he talks about the ISFJ being the most indecisive type. It would also seem that the ISTJ tends to make the best decisions in the end.
It would also explain why Rocha doesn’t like to change his routine – he remains consistent and consistent is good, I guess.
The introverted types have a strong sense of routine and routine is good, it is what keeps them grounded and stays them in their comfort zone. The extraverted types have a strong sense of change and change is good, it is what keeps them progressing and growing.
