Linny personality type is ENTP, so at the very least I thought I would try to explain what makes an ENTP tick.
The first point is that we are mostly not interested in being authentic or sincere, unless it helps us to achieve our goals. We may appear to be completely genuine, or as though we are authentic and sincere, but in most cases we are not. We are just playing a role to achieve our goals, although we may believe we are being genuine. What motivates us is not so much our desire to be genuine or sincere, but rather the desire to achieve our goals. So it is possible that you can fake your way through an ENTP, but they will know that you are faking, and they will certainly be able to tell that you are not genuine.
On the other hand, if you have a goal that is shared by the ENTP, then they will probably help you achieve that goal, and they will certainly help you create the perception that you are true to form and sincere. For example, if you want the ENTP to be your friend, they will be your friend, and they will do whatever they can to make it seem that they are your friend.
