When we are young, we may be very strong in one function and weak in another, or vice versa. As we grow older and experience more, our strengths become apparent and we build up our skills. The process continues throughout our lives.
In my work with clients, I see this happen time and time again. I see their strengths emerge as they begin to expand their growth horizons and learn new things. This is a good thing! We don’t have to be strong in everything we do.
