Rebecca Manson was born on March 21, 1982 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is the daughter of Hollywood stuntwoman and actress, Cynthia “Laurene” Manson and stuntman, John “Jack” Manson.
In her early life, Rebecca learned to speak French and English. Also, she was enrolled in an acting class. When she was seven years old, she made her film debut as an uncredited extra in the movie, The Little Vampire.
She is a graduate of the University of Toronto, but did not finish her studies. She also attended the Royal Conservatory of Music where she took voice lessons.
Rebecca Manson’s career as an actress started when she was just eight years old. She played the role of Lily in the movie, The Little Vampire. She appeared as a child in 3 episodes of the TV series, The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin.
Later in her childhood, she appeared as a minor character in the movie, The Island of Dr. Moreau. It was followed by a role in another movie titled, The Little Vampire Returns. Her career as an actress took off when she was 10 years old.
