Motherboard personality type is ISTJ, an introverted, sensing and thinking type. ISTJs have a clear mental image of the world and its processes, but their vision is practical and focused on details. They are good with books and detailed charts, but not so good with creative brainstorming, which they regard as unproductive and unnecessary. They are hard workers, methodical, orderly and hard-working, often the first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave. They are responsible, good at prioritizing and making lists, and efficient in using time. They tend to be organised, punctual and work well under pressure. They are loyal to their employers and may be over-responsible or overly cautious. They are very efficient in following rules, although they may fail to recognize the necessity of bending them.
