I am an ISTP, and I don’t feel like I am someone who is all that different from you, although I have to admit that I am a bit of a rare breed. I have never seen someone exactly like me, for one thing. I’m sure if you did see one you would know it, but in all my years of being an ISTP, I haven’t seen anyone else exactly like me.
The ISTP personality type is the rarest of the personality types. There are only about 40% of us who are real ISTP’s. (I think there are a few more, but they are so rare because they are such a rare breed that they may not even be out there.)
I believe I was an ISTP when I was little. It wasn’t until I was a teenager that I began to question what it meant to be an ISTP. For example, I used to be naturally drawn to write fiction stories. I read a lot of them, and I actually enjoyed writing them.
