O personality type is ENFP, which means they’re pretty complex people.
As a result, ENFPs can often find themselves feeling like they’re just not “good enough.” They don’t want to be judged for their talents and gifts and therefore, because of their own insecurity, they’ll often put their best foot forward in the hopes that it will be good enough.
But it never is.
The problem with that is that ENFPs are often so good at what they do, but they don’t know if they’re truly good enough. So they’ll put in as much effort as they can, but then they’ll feel like they still aren’t doing enough.
That means that ENFPs often feel like they’re “failing” at their own life. They often feel like a failure, which causes a lot of anxiety which then leads to depression. And let’s face it, depression is no fun.
