This is where I get to be the “In Charge” type. A good example of this is that I do not tolerate distractions. If something is not necessary, then I will not allow it to happen. I’m not very patient in that department either. If something needs to be done, it needs to be done now. This is where I can be the “In Charge” type.
My best quality is my ability to focus on a task and see it through to completion. This is where I can be the “In Charge” type. A good example of this is the fact that I can stay focused on one task until it is completed completely. I also think in terms of systems rather than just a singular event.
