Batman could be a strong candidate for the Oedipal Complex archetype, if only because he's the only member of the group that's not explicitly related to the other two members in any way. Not only is he emotionally estranged from his father, who doesn't even exist, but he's also estranged from all of his mother's potential suitors, and he's violently estranged from his own father, who's also the only one who ever really loved him. And his mother is dead. And he's basically a lone wolf without anyone to share his burden with. And he's blind. And he's the most intelligent member of the trinity.
There have been rumors that Batman may have been gay before he turned into this. I haven't seen any evidence for it, but it does fit the character.
