They don’t take into account other people’s feelings and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
The ISTP is often the one who comes up with a plan for everything. They are the ones who will sit down and decide exactly how something is going to be done. They are logical and concrete so they can give a step-by-step process for every project. They have no problem with putting numbers on things.
The ISTP will come up with a list of things they need to get done and they will do them in order. They will go through the list at least 3-6 times to make sure they don’t miss anything.
