Antphrodite personality type is ENFP, which means I’m not really sure how to describe it. ENFPs are known for being quirky, energetic, and sometimes a little bit scattered. Sometimes I’m not sure if it’s the online version of ENFP or if I’m just channeling my INFJ, but I’m not really sure if it’s good or bad. I’m not known for being organized or meticulous, so it’s not bad, but it can sometimes feel like I’m avoiding something.
I also struggle with knowing what to do about my past. For example, I still have nightmares from when I was raped by a man almost 30 years ago. I don’t want to go back to him, but I don’t want to go forward either. I have no idea what to do about that. And then there are the feelings that come with that. I don’t want to go back to that life either, but I don’t want to move forward either. I’m not sure where to go from here.
