When you look at the Kuk, you see a very cocky, self-assured, swaggering type of person. They don't try to hide it, and they don't apologize for it. One of our customers in this Facebook group who is a Kuk shared this story with me. He was having lunch at a very fancy restaurant, and the guy next to him was telling him a horrible story about how he was making a fool of himself at work and trying to make people feel bad about themselves because he felt that everyone was so much better than him in every way. The guy was being very derogatory about his workplace and the people he worked with. In the middle of this, our customer turns to this person and says, “Man, you're really cocky, aren't you?” and the guy goes, “Yeah, I guess I am.” My customer then stated that he was just like that, and he would never apologize for being cocky, because he didn't feel that it was something to be ashamed of. He said he would rather be self-assured than anything else.
