J.D. Vance personality type is ISFJ, and the J/P is a career as a social worker. This is the first time I have seen that type in a movie.
Animated movies are not really his thing, but he really liked the animation and character designs. He also liked the comedy, but did not think it was deliberately funny.
He thought it was heavy on the science, but he thinks that is a good thing.
He said he was unsure if he would watch it again, because it was not a great story and not as good as The Lego Movie or Wreck-It-Ralph. But he would watch it again for the science and for the fact that it was a good movie about family and how dads can be supportive of their kids and not just bring them to movies.
He said his wife who is the movie critic for this podcast did not want him to see it because she did not think it was funny at all, but that he thought it was funny in a “so bad it is good” way.
