Fred Figglehorn personality type is ESFP, but he is very much a character. He loves to be involved in the action of things, and often takes on the role of hero or leader.
His counterpart, George Jetson, is clearly an ENFP, but even he has some inconsistencies that make him more of a caricature. ENFPs are usually more original and spontaneous in their interests and pursuits. Even the ENFPs in this book tend to be more uncoordinated than Figglehorn, who often acts as though he’s running the show.
Where the Figglehorn characters are laid-back and make light of their own foibles, the ENFP characters are more aware of their flaws and try to improve themselves.
This book is a fun look at the difference between the two types. It’s also a good introduction to the personalities of all the Disney characters, a topic that gets a little too narrow in most books on the Disney theme park characters.
