Magoo personality type is INFJ, which means that I can relate to his emotional struggles really well–the part where he just “doesn’t know what to do”. I’ve always struggled to let go of things that no longer serve me, and I feel like he is just starting to get a handle on this.
One thing that I like about this series is that it breaks down a lot of the stereotypes about people with mental illnesses. For example, there is a lot of focus on the fact that people with mental illnesses are often misdiagnosed, or have been misunderstood. This is because we are often scared of what we don’t understand, and the idea that we are broken if we do not fit into society’s ideas of what we should be. However, it is important to remember that mental illness is not a choice, and that we are all different. This series is great at highlighting this point and also explaining how this relates to characters in the series.
The series takes place in the same universe as another series called Blue Exorcist. In fact, there is a reference to this series in episode 11.
