She's talking about how she's always felt like she wasn't part of the world and that no one has ever understood her. She feels like her personality is different from everyone else and that it makes her weird and alien.
She feels isolated, but she's not isolated. She's just too introverted to interact with the world directly, because she's not capable of doing so.
This is what INFJs come to understand about themselves. They're the weirdos at the party who can't get into the conversation, but they have a lot to say. They're usually pretty quiet, but when there's a topic they really care about they really get into it. They can be emotionally intense, and they can be overwhelmed by other people's emotions, but they don't need to be understood by them.
Once INFJs get past their early difficulty in interacting with the world, they tend to end up in a leadership role.
