Johnno's attitude is like his "I don't care" attitude towards people, most people are just an annoying nuisance to him and he doesn't have time for them, this is why he avoids contact with the public at all costs, luckily he doesn't have to use the public toilets or buy food from the supermarket to survive.
Johnno can be a bit of a jerk at times, however he is not a complete and utter jerk, he is just a jerk in the same way that most people are jerks and he is not a complete jerk, he is just a jerk.
Unfortunately Johnno has had the experience of being killed twice; the first time was by a pack of wild dogs and the second time by his own brother.
The first time he was killed by a pack of wild dogs, Johnno was just minding his own business and then one of the dogs attacked him and bit his arm, he then proceeded to wander around for a few weeks as a zombie, eventually he was discovered and killed by his brother.
